It was a regular Friday training for the SRJC rocmocers. PT was relatively light, with some push-ups, sit-ups and a novelty race?? (must be Heng Tiong's funny idea) Anyway, after that weird pt, the rest continued on climbing up the speed wall. Here's an example of a particular climber a few days back...

So lesson learnt. Do not ever put fake stuffs into your body, like silicon to make you look bigger and all!
Well, apart from the fake, there are other hyped up people trying to build a pyramid! Of course, the pyramid was unstable, and there were constipated faces all over the foot of the pyramid! Here's the process in building it...

Alas, after all the action, its time to take group photos! Wierdly, we're visited by "construction workers" from the nearby construction site! But who cares, they can also climb =)
