As mentioned in the message i sent down, I've generated the list of those who are going!
Just to inform you guys, Mr Yong wants to use the money paid for Archery and WindSurfing courses to pay up for the chalet instead (but it may be subjected to changes).
For now...the amount each person will have to pay is $15. Hence...
1) For those who had paid $15 for both the courses, you wont have to top up at all
2) For those who had paid $5 for ONLY the Archery course, you'll have to top up $10
3) For those who had paid $10 for ONLY the WindSurfing course, you'll have to top up $5
4) For those who had paid $0 in all, you'll have to pay $15
From the sms, those under the $15 category (be it you're staying overnight or not) will consist of:
Christopher
Jie Hong
Tse Siong
Jaymond
Melissa Sim
Justin
Rebecca
Wei Ming
Said
Jack
Tiffany
Heng Tiong
Benjamin
Edmond
Jing Fang
Rachel
Amos
Keslyn
Moses
Hui Yee
Jerome
For those who
didn't
reply me via sms, you will automatically be under the $15 category:
Daryl
Jolyn
Keng Yang
Kenny
Melissa Tay
Raihanah
D Sen
After calculating, of the $15 collected, approximately $5 will go to the payment of chalet, and the rest of the money will be into food. If there are additional costs incurred, there may either be a second collection, or it will automatically be deducted from the rocmoc fund.
Just some things to take note pertaining the chalet/chalet-related matters:
WindSurfing will be on the 8th November (2pm onwards), and 9th November (Morning time)
PW filing will be on the 10th November (Morning). Supplementary should commence from the 12th of November onwards.
Just a word of advice, to make pw filing an easier task to do, start finding your documents and filing them asap to save you all the trouble!
The suggested programme for the chalet will be updated again soon.
**For those who have pictures of our rocmoc team, do send it to me asap, as we'll need it for the decoration of our rocmoc noticeboard!**
